Writing guest posts on other people's blogs or websites that are already established will showcase your own credibility. Browse around on Google for the top authority websites in your niche, and present an offer to the website owner to write an article for them.
Many blog owners would love the chance to take a break, and many readers enjoy reading guest posts. Make sure you provide high quality content, and you'll get a lot more visitors to your own website with the link you'll be allowed to put there. This will increase your exposure with people who are regular readers of the other website — your hope is that they want to bookmark your website as well and join your list.

I thank God, never running out of topics to share. I made it a point over 20 years ago. Only write about my personal experience and serving others, adventures. I believe in sharing real life, choices for various situations. You never know, one of your stories will change someone’s life. Mine have many time.
There is nothing wrong with having someone write for you. There are lots of people who have ghost writers make weekly article postings. They pay them for the rights, and it is done. There is a location which furnishes and they bid for each assignment. Every supportive service you can imagine. People are willing to bid for a chance to serve you.
Would this not be a great time to expand your knowledge and be daring. Hey, hire a ghost writer and make a difference with usable information. Not taking a break.
When your load is overwhelming. Go for a logical solution. If you can not afford it. Get motivated by your own daily adventures, you create. Share them with the same enthusiasm you have with living your life?
Hi Bill, I agree that writing guest posts is a great way to get known by other readers within your niche. What I’m about to say is probably obvious to many, but may not be so obvious to people who are new to guest blogging: It’s important to make sure your article is written for a blog that’s already getting a lot of traffic and interested readers.
Totally agree on your point – as I always say, “Marry up.”
A very awesome and simple blog post Bill,
The truth is that guest posting will always remain one of the best ways to build a blog audience and also connect with other bloggers while also building a solid relationship with the influencers in your niche.
What you will get out of it will always depend on what you put in therefore, if you must get any reasonable outcome from your guest posts, you need to do it in an extra ordinary way.
Thanks for sharing.
Hi Bill.
Fantastic tip on guest blogging on other people’s websites! This is something that has occurred to me in the past, but I didn’t take action. But I can see how it really would help one by gaining exposure….So, I think I might just consider it more seriously now.
Have you done guest posts yourself? If so, what can of traffic did you see in return?
Karen
I have in other niches. But I didn’t practice what I preached in that I didn’t “marry up.” I was just seeking out anybody who would publish my work. It worked well enough. Nothing to write home about.
However, this year I’ve published on Inbound and LinkedIn (not really guest posting per se) and have seen some good numbers. I’m about to do an outreach campaign where I target specific thought leaders in online marketing to see if I can write for them. I’ll let everybody here know how that goes.
