I wanted to inform you that with the recent web hosting change I made to this site, I had to reinstall the help desk system. It's at the same URL (http://internet-marketing-muscle.com/helpdesk) but the database needed updating.

I apologize to anybody who tried using the helpdesk today.

There have been several reported errors and it's all my fault–one of the (many) things I'm sure I've forgotten in the transition. This kind of thing happens when you're a staff of one and think you know what you're doing when you really don't.
