Changes to Google PlacesGoogle has changed the way they display reviews from outside sources. They've also changed the review count to reflect the number of reviews provided by google account holders only.

This means that if your business had a lot of outside reviews (from, say, Yelp), Places now does not count them.

They're still citations, however.
